The inspiration behind L.E.F. comes from years of instructing Pilates and buying various lines of activewear.  Throughout the process, it became apparent that most of the active women that I was instructing and buying for wanted clothing that they could feel good about when they put it on, move freely and comfortably throughout their workout in and could go straight from the studio to errands or social commitments and still feel put together and attractive.  L.E.F. was created with that in mind.  The designs are flattering, the fabrics are breathable and hold their shape, and they feel great to the touch. The fit is sexy yet not overly constricting or revealing.

All designs are manufactured domestically using high quality fabric that is washable and durable yet deliciously soft to the touch.
